we are running 8.5 since 3 month ( before 7.1.5 ). I think under 7.1 it
isn't possible to get the pickup softkey, cause there isn't i think the so
called Feature Control Policy to be configured on the phone config page.

so u have some more options to get the old known softkeys on good new
phones :-)

The way I am reading everything it seems that apparently they won’t need
this feature in my scenario…..
