[cisco-voip] UCCX 7.x Supervisor Monitor calls?

In the brief stages of trying to troubleshoot this.  As I think I
understood it, the supervisor needed to be on a spanning port for the
vlan that the phones they want to monitor are on?  Or did Cisco have a
way around this?
