[cisco-voip] CUE 7.0.3 jtapi with CallManager 7.0 https on /CCMPluginsServer/CiscoJTAPIClient.exe

Oddly here is how I fixed it (mismatch class between spoke and hub). Nothing what I expected. The clue was some remote phones at that site weren't registering either. I had removed the class on the spoke and forgot to remove it on the hub.

Subject: CUE 7.0.3 jtapi with CallManager 7.0 https on /CCMPluginsServer/CiscoJTAPIClient.exe

Not sure how I can fix this, is there a version of CUE 7x that requests the https page ? Problem seems to be CUE requests non https and CallManager beginning with 4.2 made this url https.

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCsg11684

I get the CUE 7.0.3 web page (http://142.102.66.253/Web/iw/InitWizard.do?wizAction=INIT) I put in my CallManager, Web User, JTAPI user, etc) Then press Next and get a pop-up;

JTAPI login failed. Error while determining CCM version -1
Do you wish to proceed?

I've tried software install clean url on the CUE and that didn't' resolve the issue. Rebooted the CallManager with no luck.

I run a sniifer and see the packets hitting CallManager from CUE.

In cap file I see CUE send this;
