IP Voice and PVDM's will cost you....   you could look at 3rd party PVDM to
see the cost.  IP Voice will be a few hundred dollars

an 881 would probably work if you have a switch.... only 2 Ports are PoE.
 and a single FXO should work if you're only using it for E911.  But it's
>$1000 and you have two external power bricks too.
