[cisco-voip] Digital Networking & Direct VM

I got digital networking across 3x 8.6 cluster working with crossbox login and transfer. However, I am unable to get direct transfer to VM to work. Any thought what extra steps are required here? We are on an E.164 dialplan. So extensions are 11D with alternate extension of +<11D>
