[cisco-voip] Bogen UTI1 + ATA187

Yes, we had this problem. It's a problem where the ats doesn't see the supervisory signal to let go of the call. We opened a case months ago and Cisco made some changes to how the busy tone is configured.

What rev of ucm and phone load?
