[cisco-voip] Call pickup group notifications

Scenario on CUCM 8.x with 7960 phones.

Phone1:
1 - 1000 (Line Appearance)
2 - 1201 (SDBLF)
3 - 1202 (SDBLF)

Phone2:
1 - 1201 (Line Appearance)

Phone3:
1 - 1202 (Line Appearance)

There is an existing call pickup group today called PickupGroupA with 1201 and 1202 in it.  Audio and Visual alerting is turned off.  Phone2 and Phone3 use the Pickup softkey and works just fine as you would expect to pick up each other's calls.  We just added 1201 and 1202 as SDBLFs to Phone1 and we also added 1000 to PickupGroupA.  But, we need to have ONLY Phone1 show the visual alerting for the call pickup group so Phone1 can see the Calling/Called info for that pickup group.  Phone2 and Phone3 must continue to not have audio and visual alerting. We've played around with multiple pickup groups/associations and we can get everything to work except that the visual alerting still shows for all the phones.  We can set the audio alerting to disabled, but don't see a way to disable the visual alerting for specific phones.  If we had 79x1 or higher phones, we could just use the Call Pickup checkbox on the SDBLFs where it would flash the light, but since these are 7960s, I think we are stuck.
