[cisco-voip] can't delete because it's a primary phone

run sql select ikdevice_primaryphone,name from device where ikdevice_primaryphone = 'b6d90e0a-5dd1-6167-4659-2520aac0b92f'

When you have the phone you are trying to delete open on CCMAdmin the URL bar will show a "key=" value.  That value is the PKID.  Replace 'b6d90e0a-5dd1-6167-4659-2520aac0b92f' in the above query with the actual pkid of the phone you want to delete and you'll get the device name of the phone who has it as it's primary phone.
