Hi, Has anyone used the dynamic BLF feature in Arc Enterprise? I'm looking at whether it will be more suitable for my customer's environment over the traditional CTI user device association method. Are there any caveats associated with both features? My customer has an estate of 2500+ phones, multiple subscribers! Any tips appreciated. Thanks
