[cisco-voip] 7925 vs 7925-EX Any software/deployment differences?

Can anyone confirm that other than case and rating there is no difference between the 7925 and 7925-EX? We have two 7925s and I'd like to get two 7925-EX to test them out as well, but if there's no difference in configuration, features, deployment, then I may not need to. 

Thoughts?
