Hi,

After upgrade CUCM from 6.1 to 7.1.5 our MGCP gateway (GW IOS is 12.4(15)T8) is showing a strange behavior: outbound calls are successfully established however after 3 minutes they are dropped by the CUCM. There are no inbound calls, just outbound.
Show call active voice shows the callmanager/Ip phone leg as 'connecting' instead of active. I can hear conversation in both sides.

debug isdn q931 shows after 3 minutes of conversation:

        Cause i = 0x8092 - No user responding

If I change T301 on service parameters to say 360 seconds, then the call remains active 6 minutes and it's dropped as well.
It seems CUCM didn't understand that the call is active.

TAC just say to reboot the cluster. I didn't do yet because I think is something missing...
Do I have to enable/disable anything else in this CUCM version?
