It's Cisco IP Phone Address Book Synchronizer. It's a plug-in download that comes in CUCM, including the CUCM 8.5 version we have.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Cisco Address Book Synchronizer for Win 7

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is a IP Phone address book synchronizer that will work with Windows 7? I have found some discussion on this and from what I've read, there isn't a version that works with Windows 7 since it uses the Windows address book, which doesn't exist in Windows 7. Is there an expected version to be released that will work with Outlook on a Windows 7 client or a work around for the current versions? I've tried the one included in our CUCM 8.5 cluster, but when I try to click the sync button, it just crashes every time. Thanks for any info on this.

Regards,

Bill
