[cisco-voip] CCVP lab requirements

Hi guys,

 

I have built a lab for CCIE R&S but my work is demanding I become skilled in
voice. My current lab consists of mainly 26xx, 3725, 1841.

 

We run mostly 28xx,38xx gateways at work. I am thinking I will need at least
two 28xx routers (with DSP's) a couple of VIC's such as FXO,FXS,E1, CUCM
running on a VM and of course a few IP phones. We run a mix of H323 / MGCP
gateways.

 

To simulate the ISDN's and the PSTN I am thinking I run with two VIC-1MFT-E1
cards and a crossover between them. 

 

Any advice from the voice experts would be most appreciated.
