[cisco-voip] Manually updating 7936 firmware? SW version shows blank on phone and web page.

Yes, I've done that and it doesn't even try.. and I did find the
previous posts Wes pointed out and gone over the bug ids/notices so I
think this phone may just be borked.  Just was seeing if anyone had
any other ideas.
