[cisco-voip] Arc Enterprise Attendant Console CTI RP registration

Hey Guys,

  We recently deployed Arc Enterprise attendant console.  I've noticed that every time we install Windows patches on the Arc server and reboot it that all the Arc CTI Route Points do not re-register in CUCM.  I then have to restart the CTIManager service in order for the CTI RP's to register.  Is this expected every time the Arc server reboots?
