[cisco-voip] Arc Enterprise Attendant Console CTI RP registration

Hi George

That doesn't sound right to me either. The devices will register once the Arc Server process is up and running and connected to the CUCM. So theres one of 2 things happening:

  * Either you don't have the Arc Server process set to "autostart" upon a restart of the machine (but if that was the case, restarting CTI Manager wouldn't make a difference)
  * Or, the CiscoTSP/CTI Manager is not behaving as it should be

As Matthew said - that’s certainly not expected behavior. Try reinstalling the CiscoTSP on the Arc Server machine and see if that helps?

Hi George,

I can confirm that this is not the behaviour we experience. Everything just comes back as expected after any reboot.

Hey Guys,

We recently deployed Arc Enterprise attendant console. I’ve noticed that every time we install Windows patches on the Arc server and reboot it that all the Arc CTI Route Points do not re-register in CUCM. I then have to restart the CTIManager service in order for the CTI RP’s to register. Is this expected every time the Arc server reboots?

Thanks,

Bill
