[cisco-voip] Errors showing up in Syslog from IPCC server...

Hi all -

 

I need a little help understanding/resolving the issues below:

 

This is on a Windows platform IPCC server, version 7.0(1)SR03

 

1.       I don't know how/where to configure the email notification 

2.       I don't know if the database purging is working correctly or
not- 

On the one hand, I see a message that says 

"Purge invoked completed successfully at Wed May 02 00:00:33 EDT 2012"

But then, I see just down the log

So I'm not sure what to think...

I guess one good piece of news is that this has been appearing in Syslog
in some mislocated files

ever since late 2011..

That makes me think that it is getting cleaned up, it's just not
dropping way below 80% and not showing up for a while..

 

The syslog files were screwed up because evidently the Syslog agent on
the IPCC server isn't sending a hostname properly, and the files are
just date-labelled files not hostname-labelled

files as the rest of my Cisco syslogs are...

 

Ideas?
