[cisco-voip] OT: looking for a new announcement server

We currently use an Alcorn-McBride announcement player (Digital Audio
Machine AM4)  that we are looking to replace because it keeps dropping
off the network.

Can anyone suggest or recommend a unit that:

1. Plays WAV or mp3 announcements
2. Is network connected
3. Has line-level audio outputs
4. Has a flexible schedule and can play several different
announcements at pre-programmed times throughout the day where each
day is different.
5. Uses NTP to synchronize it's clock.
6. Can be reprogrammed (schedule or audio files) over the network
