This is the latest windows cumulative update you can download and install
on your UCCX 7 server: win-OS-Upgrade-K9.2003-1-5a-sr25.exe. The software
download is under CCM 4.3. I'm planning to install it very soon.

This is from the release notes (Cisco IP Call Center Express (IPCC
Express) is now UCCX):

or a system upgraded to 2003.1.5 or 2003.1.5a

of Cisco CallManager, Cisco IP Interactive Voice Response (IP IVR), Cisco
IP Call Center Express (IPCC Express), Cisco Personal Assistant (PA),

MeetingPlace.

Subject: [cisco-voip] windows patches?

>From what I've read Windows patches are not recommended on UCCX 7
installations. Is this correct? How about updating the NTPd install to
avoid the following: https://support.ntp.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1331

I'm also not able to find anything concrete about Windows updates on
Telepresence Content Server.

Maybe I'm not looking in hte right places.

Thanks!
