[cisco-voip] windows patches?

Looks like another case of lack of vision by Cisco.  I can't download it
because it's under CM v.4....even though it's the same OS used on CCX 7
which I am entitled to...

I only need to do this because the security team is on us about
vulnerabilities.  If I had my way I wouldn't touch it because we're
migrating to 8.x soon.
