[cisco-voip] CUWL and UCS activation

Did they actually purchase the upgrade of UCCX? That would be separate from
CUWL unless they bought CUWL pro and by the sounds of it that is not
what occurred?
Normally when we've done a CUWL migration with UCCX there is almost always
a separate quote, in your case it would have come with the HA upgrade if it
was done correctly. Its a long shot but if they still have active UCSS on
UCCX then it might be available in PUT assuming that was registered but
normally UCCX is the last thing to stay under maintenance for some reason.
