[cisco-voip] UCCX CAD on Windows XPe

Cool, so I can just run it in a Citrix XenApp Session.

We're on XenApp 6.5, ans UCCX 8.5.1, so we should be good.

The end game is that the clients will end up using VDI's  (Virtual Desktops
running Win7 being presented on zero clients), but that project isn't
funded yet.
