[cisco-voip] Change Platform Username CM 8.5

I'd be very apprehensive about this. This seems like an unusual use case. Unusual use cases rarely get tested. Using them frequently produces unanticipated impact at a later date. The previously cited bugs about upgrades failing based on cli account substrings matching is a great example.

That said, technically, yes:

admin:delete account ?
Syntax:
delete account name
name mandatory name of the admin account

Regards,
Wes
