I'd be very apprehensive about this. This seems like an unusual use case. Unusual use cases rarely get tested. Using them frequently produces unanticipated impact at a later date. The previously cited bugs about upgrades failing based on cli account substrings matching is a great example.
That said, technically, yes:
admin:delete account ?
Syntax:
delete account name
name mandatory name of the admin account
