[cisco-voip] Change Platform Username CM 8.5

I'm fairly certain the only accounts that can be deleted are the ones you create post-install.  The account name set during install cannot be changed or deleted.

admin:delete account ?
Syntax:
delete account name
name   mandatory   name of the admin account
