Are your users logging out of EM before they close down CIPC? If not then what's getting you. You need to configure auto-logout so that the CIPC gets logged out when they come back into the office.

we have a call recording software that uses an application user to give line status to the recording software server.

we have see it happen were it working in the office (CM 7.1.5) with 7961 phones with Extension Mobility. they go home and use IP Communication and log in with extension Mobility and it works, but then they come back to the office and log in with extension mobility they they no longer get line status. if we rebuild the user in the call recording software then have the user log out and back in with Extension Mobility it works again. (not a good option with ~ 200 users)

Any direction would be great.

I'm going to start looking at CM / CTI / ExMob trace files. We do not use NICE but this bug CSCte75384 looks alot alike. Any idea how I can comfirm this is the bug we are running into? Any idea if 7.1.5.31900-3 is still affected by it?

TIA
