Supporting documentation is always helpful.

Scheduled trace collection:
https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-8130

Note the "Search Options" box.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/8_6_1/rtmt/rttlc.html#wp1149675

You could use ccm sdi/sdl traces or syslogs.

Wes

This has long been requested natively in RTMT. It is still unaddressed.

All you can do is setup trace archive and configure that to search for specific text patterns. That can match device unregistration and raise alert.

Hi all –

Is it possible to monitor a selected device (an ATA in this case)
in RTMT?

I’ve figured out how to monitor a given line, but this line shows on several devices, and I’m only interested in the one ATA where one of the appearances is..

I need to see if a particular device is registering and re-registering -

Or any other evidence that would exist to show that this device has been falling off and climbing back onto the network….

Thanks, Tim
