[cisco-voip] delay answering 7962 when using GN920 wireless headset

Erik,
That is  not the problem, as when you press the headset button on the phone it goes off hook, and you hear the dial tone in the headset.

Are you using some sort of hookswitch device?

I had simillar experiences with plantronics apc-4 and apc-40 hookswitch devices.
Leaving the headset button selected on the phone resolved my issues though.

We have operators using the Jabra GN920 wireless headset, they seemed to be ok when first installed on the Cisco 7962 Phones.
But now there is about 5 second delay on all calls
CUCM 7.1.3 Phone load was SCCP8-5-2 upgraded to SCCP9-2-3 made no difference to problem
Anybody any ideas?
