Looks good to me, if the intention is to pre-shape to 200Mbps using
hierarchical MQC and have 7Mbps LLQ for Voice in that artificial queue.
As long as the classes match as intended of course ;)

As you got the service-policy attached to the interface, it is also
semantically Ok in the given context (else it fails to attach, with
spurious error messages only occuring in the VTY/CON from where you
configure, which is easily overlooked).

During operations, have a look with "show policy-map int Gi0/1.962" to
see how the pre-shaper and the hierarchical LLQ/CBWFQ underneath it are
operating, specifically if they catch any traffic as expected (and have
no drops).

One might use RED in the CBWFQ class-default in addition to fair-queue,
but that's a matter of taste and may or may not excert better behavior
on the best effort traffic. It wont change anything for the LLQ prio
queue anyway.
