[cisco-voip] port blocking on IAD 2400

I'm putting an ACL on an IAD 2400 that has backbone phone service via VOIP
that gets routed to the analog phone ports. I want to block SIP
communications from anywhere other than our network. But when I went to put
in an ACL containing 'eq 5060", the eq parameter does not seem to be there.
Is there some different way of specifying ports in ACL's on an IAD2400?
