[cisco-voip] media resource exhausted

we just upgraded to 8.6.2.22900-9 and got our RTMT alerts working again.
 we are now receiving media resource list exhausted messages.  They show
they are coming from our NULL_LIST and I know that I have nothing in the
null list.

what I would like to know is, (1.) what device is trying to use the null
list? and (2.) what resource is it trying to use.

is there an easy way to figure that out?
