[cisco-voip] CUP 8.6 calendar integration

This command works for me on 8.6.4.11900-1:

run sql execute procedure spSetUserCalendaring((select pkid from
enduser where userid='roger'),'t','t')

I got confirmation from a Cisco guy that this is a supported way of
enabling it. Even though you have to do one user at a time.
