[cisco-voip] Jabber 9.0.5 no photos in Windows XP

Look's like we are hitting bug CSCua68881.

Symptom:
Cisco Jabber for Windows is not able to display contact photos
Conditions:
The file path name that the picture is trying to be saved to contains
a letter from the Spanish alphabet.
Workaround:
None
