[cisco-voip] CallManager 9.0(1) 9971 9.3 and Bulk Administration > Phones > Update Phones > Assign Services (Remove Duplicate)

Workaround to remove Duplicates, I deleted the service and re-subscribed users.

Subject: CallManager 9.0(1) 9971 9.3 and Bulk Administration > Phones > Update Phones > Assign Services (Remove Duplicate)

Subscribing services to 9971 using Bulk Administration >  Phones > Update Phones and then selecting Assign IP Phone Services and Add all Services from a template we created, then checking Remove Duplicate.

The Remove Duplicate fails.  We now have Visual Voicemail assigned 3 times identically 9971 phones.
