What version of IPC?

Also, what codec does NICE support for recording? You may want to make sure the Low Bandwidth setting isn’t enabled in the IPC parameters.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Active Recording on CIPC

Hi All
I have a setup between CUCM 8.6 and NICE using Active recording via SIP trunk . Recording works fine between 2 hardphones but when I use CIPC I don`t see the phone duplicating the RTP stream. I have built-in bridge enabled and did check that active recording is supported on CIPC. Any ideas what I might be missing here ?
