[cisco-voip] Active Recording on CIPC

we are not using NICE we use TelRex, but I'm guessing they are pretty close
to the same.

Things to check.  Are you using Extension mobility?  Does NICE support the
same DN in more than one location?

Did you associated the IPC phone to the application user?  if so, remove it
and re-add it.

Did you turn on the recording profile on the line?

Hope that helps, that is some stuff we have done on Telrex.  Maybe it will
carry over to NICE.
