[cisco-voip] "Start My Video" & "Share Screen" options are greyed out

Hi,

I solve this problem by doing the following:

1) Password for CTI gateway application user was wrong so correct that.
2) Change the Cisco Jabber from "Desk Phone" to "Softphone Mode" by
selecting the "Use My Computer for Calls".
