[cisco-voip] CISCO-VOICE-DIAL-CONTROL-MIB & SIP-3-BADPAIR

Does anyone know what the below two messages mean? The first one is the SNMP Voice Trap generated from a VG224 while the second one is a syslog message from a voice gateway. I haven't been able to find much on Cisco's site.
