[cisco-voip] UCCX 8 Agents Randomly logged out of their phones.

Hi Sarj, 

Are the agents getting an error message on their phones when they get
logged out? The MIVR logs with the agentID that got logged and and the
time are probably the best place to look.

If you have the above, send it over and I'll take a look.
