[cisco-voip] UCCX 8 Agents Randomly logged out of their phones.

Hi All, 

Has anyone come across a situation where by Agents are randomly logged out of their phones and they kept on manually logging back. Using CUCM 8 and UCCX 8. 

Any help in pointing me to the right direction or what should I look out for in troublshooting this problem will be much appreciated.
