[cisco-voip] For Caller ID on a PRI

More specifically, we are using an AS5400 to generate a PRI to a customer's
phone system. We've done this several times before, but we've always been
generating NI PRI's. What's different about this is it's the first time
we've generated a 5ESS PRI. Everything works for incoming calls, but our
softswitch is rejecting outbound calls from the customer's phone system
because we are not seeing Caller ID on the calls. The customer's phone
system was connected to a PRI from windstream prior to this and they insist
it was sending caller ID. We're not sure why we're not seeing it. There is
no caller ID showing up in q931 debugging, and I'm trying to determine if
it's in q921 detail or frame debugging info, but in the meantime we just
figured if there was a way to inject the caller-id in at the serial
interface that would solve the problem, too.

Does anyone know of a reason why we might not be seeing caller-id on a 5ESS
PRI?
