I found the problem.

My Directory Number didn't match the device. I had 4 digit extension and we are E.164.

I'm using a custom file (header has User ID,Device,Directory Number,Partition)

However it fails (we are LDAP integrated) with devicenumplanmap does not exist for every user. It worked in 8.0.3, but not working now in 8.6.

Any ideas? I'm not using BAT, just Bulk Administration in ccmadmin.
