[cisco-voip] Siemens has "ISDN Custom" can 2911 do ISDN Custom?

YMMV, but the last 4 Siemens integrations I've done the Siemens could not
get name display across without setting them up for CoNet (Siemens QSIG) We
could pass name/number display with Ni2 all day long but they were unable
to.
