[cisco-voip] SCCP 6945 to CME 9.1 fails

Out of box 6945s don't register to CME 9.1 (15.2.4M). Other SCCp phones  (eg 8945)work fine.

Debug ephone register show nothing with these 6945s...I see debug tftp packets, I can get to phone's web page.

I'll get more details tomorrow, wondering if anyone else has seen this or if it's a known issue.
