[cisco-voip] 911 Conference call

The only things I can think of would be third party apps.  I believe 911
enable can do this.  redsky might also.

Non E911 solutions might be a third party recording / monitoring app, but I
would suggest a true e911 app before I would do that.

Wish I could think of something better......
