[cisco-voip] Cisco BE 7.0 to 7.1.5 (SU6)

I have a customer who has a current UCSS contract that doesn't want to move
to 8.x due to the upgrade costs of the attendant console (they are heavy
users of it). I do not see a UCSS ordering option for 7.1.  I tried to
download 7.1.5 (SU6) from CCO but CM says no valid upgrade exists when I
load it on DVD. Has anyone done a recent upgrade to 7.1x? 

 

Shouldn't the 7.0 node license work on 7.1?
