[cisco-voip] Unity Connection 8.6 Custom Alerts

Hi All,

I'm trying to find a counter within RTMT to send set up a custom alert for when people get locked out of their voicemail account after entering the pin number wrong X amount of time via the TUI.

Has anyone been able to set this up or recommend another solution.
