[cisco-voip] Apple Jabber client for iPhone not showing extension on internal calls

I have customer calling from a 7965 to his desk phone which rings his iPhone/Jabber Client on WiFi (no cellular involved). The iPhone client shows the Alerting Name from the 7965 but doesn't show the 4 digit internal extension.  Is this a known issue?
