[cisco-voip] local route group question

DNA ignores called/calling transformations patterns along with Device Mobility. Additionally, as others have discussed it simply says Local Route Group, but does not show the substitution for which route group/trunk was used.

Interesting, my destinations are trunks to CUBE routers. I wonder if that's why they don't show up for me. I will have to check that out

I snipped it short of the gateway but it also shows the gateway. My earlier issue was due to a misconfiguration, which is why DNA was wrong. Calls routed but not to the expected RL/GW. I resolved the configuration issue and now it looks to be working.

Hi Erick,

Looks like it will show the LRG. But not the actual gateways in it.

Symptom:

DNA results just show 'Local Route Group' but do not show the devices in the route

group. The problem is that DNA does not do a search to determine the appropriate

LRG for the selected calling device.

Conditions:

Occurs if doing an analysis of a pattern that points to a route list containing the

Standard Local Route Group.

Workaround:

Manually look at the device pool for the calling device to determine the configured

route group for that device, then manually look at the settings of those devices to

determine any transformations.

I hope its clear now,

Divin

It works in my 9.1.1 version.[cid:image002.png at 01CE8FAD.C771C800]

Hi All,

We have CSCui45645 (DNA does not show local route group information) for
this issue. As this is an enhancement request, there's no ETA as of now.

Divin

DNA doesn¹t go past the SLRG and show the actual RG chosen.

That¹s from a 9.1 install.

Does anyone know if using DNA will invoke the local route group properly
or does it only work properly for live calls?
