[cisco-voip] new firmware 9-3-4-17

Has anyone tried sccp 9-3-4-17 for the 894x series yet?  Rlease notes have
a laundry list of unresolved bugs so I'm hesitant to try it.

The only reason I ask is that we have a particular bluetooth headset issue
that appears to be resolved with this release.
