[cisco-voip] Hardware conference bridge allocation by size?

Hi,

What I would like to do is have different sized conference bridges available to my users to choose from.
Ex:
Meet-Me 500X would be 8 participant bridges
Meet-Me 501X would be 16 participant bridges

I'm talking about PVDM3 hardware bridges for conferencing between g711 and g729 callers, on a CUCM v8.6 cluster.

And ideally any user allowed to create a bridge should be allowed to use either, depending on the requirements of their planned conference.

Since as far as I know, the resources are simply chosen based on initiator's MRGL setting I can't see how to achieve this.

My concern is, that while some user may grab a 16-participant bridge for a 3 party call, the next guy who would actually need a 16 party bridge would only get an 8 party bridge.

Is there a way around this?

Cheers,
